Headless Woman Discovered in Downtown Chelan

When the lifestyle shop, Bon Séjour Home, first learned some of the downtown merchants would be creating scarecrows again this year they immediately knew they wanted to participate, but were also dying to create a figure different than the traditional Halloween scarecrow. When Darren realized he wanted something French to coordinate with the shop, Marie seemed the obvious choice.

Marie Antoinette and her lavish lifestyle have inspired many of the items available at Bon Séjour. Darren, who is constantly on the look out for new charming objects noted, “Our Marie-themed items are wildly popular and fly out the door.” Choose something from their personal fragrance line with scents like Let Them Eat Cake, or other frills such as creative greeting cards, Marie & Louis XVI wine tassels, and Marie fairies. There are many other gifts and accessories that have French influences, but fit perfectly into the average home.

“Whether you want to stop in and shop, or just ogle the headless “Marie,” we wish our all of our customers ‘Un très bon séjour’, which translates in English as ‘A very good stay.’”
