Return & Cancellation Policy
We are proud of our collections at Bon Séjour Home and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide STORE CREDIT for your purchase price within 30 days with receipt. No refunds or credits will be issued after 30 days or without a receipt. All merchandise must be returned unused/unopened and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, Merchandise sold at a Discount or Custom/Special Order merchandise cannot be returned.
You may cancel an online order within 24 hours after we have received it
by calling (509) 682-9151.
Custom / Special Order Items
Custom and Special order merchandise is made to order or ordered specifically for the client and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom/Special Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of order placement for a full refund. After 72 hours, should the client wish to cancel, Bon Séjour Home will attempt to stop the order, however, a 50% Cancellation Fee will be applied. If Bon Séjour Home is unable, for any reason, to cancel the order with our vendor, the merchandise is not returnable and non-refundable.
Client should measure entry ways and access points prior to ordering to avoid problems. Furniture that is refused because it doesn’t fit will not receive a refund.
ORDERS: Orders for Custom Merchandise can take approximately 8 to 10 weeks from the time of order until Bon Séjour Home receives the merchandise. Special orders vary (contact customer service). Bon Séjour Home will contact the client in the event a shipment is delayed. Payment of merchandise and sales tax is due in full at time of order placement. Delivery and/or shipping charges are due upon order placement. Gift wrap is not available on all items.
Delivery
Bon Séjour Home is open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM. All orders received prior to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-2 business days.
We ship most orders via standard delivery service to arrive in 5 to 9 business days from the receipt of order. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. Additional charges will be applied for Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship outside the U.S.

Most orders to these destinations ship via Priority Mail. Larger items must ship via UPS Rush; extra delivery charges apply. Some oversized or heavy items cannot ship outside the continental U.S. Some items cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to size/weight restrictions. For more details, please contact customer service.

Returns
Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a store credit or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or store credit. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to make a copy of the form and keep it for your records.

If you do not have your original invoice, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information:

• Reason for Return
• Action to be taken upon return
