Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide STORE CREDIT for your purchase price within 30 days with receipt. No refunds or credits will be issued after 30 days or without a receipt. All merchandise must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, Merchandise sold at a Discount or Custom/Special Order merchandise cannot be returned. READ ENTIRE RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Delivery
Bon Séjour Home is open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM. All orders received prior to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-2 business days.
We ship most orders via standard delivery service to arrive in 5 to 9 business days from the receipt of order. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. Additional charges will be applied for Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship outside the U.S.
